We are all itching for things to return to normal, and there’s nothing better than having a trip in the diary for your group to look forward to. We’ve been busy behind the scenes to make sure that you can still enjoy an incredible trip, with the same activities and experiences you are used to, but with additional COVID-19 safety precautions. But we understand that some group trip leaders will need a little more reassurance before organising their next group outing.
The information in the guide below should demonstrate that we have the necessary expertise, financial security, safety measures and emergency back-up for your group to book and travel again with confidence, but if you have any specific questions or require further reassurance, please do get in touch. Your booking is secure with COGO Travel. We are part of Class Tours Limited, a diverse and robust business which includes hotels and properties in France as well as a coach company and specialist school travel company in the UK. We are in a strong financial position with over 10,000 travellers already booked for 2021, demonstrating their faith in the business and confidence in our standards of care. At the same time our French properties have been busy with French domestic holidaymakers, bringing in welcome additional income and security to the company over the summer. And if that isn’t enough, of course you have the additional reassurance that all monies paid to COGO Travel are protected by ABTA and ATOL so you can organise your next trip with confidence.
We have specialised in group travel for over twenty years and have the experience and local knowledge to look after the specific needs of your group. What's more, because we also organise educational trips, we are held to a higher account than other group tour organisers. You can be confident of our exemplary safety standards because we apply the same duty of care to our leisure and performing arts trips, as we do to our students groups.
Support while you are away
Unlike some tour operators, our experienced UK travel team is multi-lingual which means that we can easily deal with local operators on your behalf. What’s more, by having our own properties in France, our own coach company, and close relationships with airlines and ferry companies, we have the connections to get you home quickly and safely if need be.
Don’t forget, we provide 24/7 support to all our travelling groups and so if you come across a problem, or your plans have to change at short notice, we are here to sort it out for you. Plus, our local teams in France and Brussels are also on hand to liaise with local medical services and to advise on local health protocols if required, so we won’t let you down.

We are proud of the long-standing relationship with have with our travellers and we promise that if your plans have to change, we will treat your group fairly. Over the last six months we have had to reorganise the travel plans of hundreds of groups, but over this challenging period we have retained the goodwill of the vast majority of our customers, which is a real a testament to our personal approach.
We commit to treating each group with individual consideration and can sometimes offer more flexible booking terms for groups staying in the UK or travelling by coach, which allow you to change your plans should the situation require. This additional flexibility depends on the circumstances of each individual trip and so please do contact us to find out more.

Additional group safety and wellbeing measures
We have developed additional health and safety protocols for our travel partners, based on national and European public health guidelines and over the summer, qualified members of our leadership team have been working closely with our travel partners at Disneyland Paris and Butlin’s to ensure that accommodation and activities comply with our enhanced safety and wellbeing protocols for COVID-19.
